Nicole has a lifetime of experience in construction and spent her youth cleaning tar off trucks in her grandfather’s roofing shop. Nicole has worked as a Project Manager and General Contractor in Denver for the last ten years. She specializes in interior renovations, roofing, and pre-sale touch-ups.
Edith Bañuelos
Production Manager
Edith is a Denver native with two generations in construction. She is married, with two fur babies, and one adorable human child.

Edith handles the day to day operations of the business. She manages workers, schedules, permits, and inspections.

Robert "Bob" Donaldson
Sales and Accounts Manager
Bob grew up outside of Indianapolis, IN. After high school, he attended Purdue University. His father was a carpenter and then moved into commercial roofing, working in the field for forty years. Bob has ten years of commercial roofing experience. Bob relocated to Colorado in 2018 and has never looked back.

Bob handles sales and marketing for Rosenberg Renovations. He completes site visits, roofing inspections, and interior consultations as well as running the various marketing platforms utilized by us.
Fernando Rangel
Lead Foreman
Fernando has over 35 years of experience in roofing, carpentry, remodeling, and repairs.
He was born in Juarez, MX, raised in El Paso, TX, and now works and lives in Denver, CO. Fernando is family oriented, has three kids, a dog, a cat, and one grandbaby. Fernando is the king of the dad jokes.

Fernando manages the labor force and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He conducts site visits, puts together bids, and manages the work from start to finish.

Tyler Marshall
Field Tech
Tyler is the youngest addition to our crew. As a forth generation construction worker, Tyler already has a wealth of experience, but is just starting out. He is warm and funny.

Tyler runs materials for the roofing and interior crews. He is responsible for cleaning job sites and for aiding Fernando in maintaining job site safety.
