Nicole has a lifetime of experience in construction and spent her youth cleaning tar off trucks in her grandfather’s roofing shop. Nicole has worked as a Project Manager and General Contractor in Denver for the last ten years. She specializes in interior renovations, roofing, and pre-sale touch-ups.

Edith is a Denver native with two generations in construction. She is married, with two fur babies, and one adorable human child.

Edith handles the day-to-day operations of the business. She manages workers, schedules, permits, and inspections.

Fernando Rangel

Fernando has over 35 years of experience in roofing, carpentry, remodeling, and repairs. He was born in Juarez, MX, raised in El Paso, TX, and now works and lives in Denver, CO. Fernando is family-oriented and has three kids, a dog, a cat, and one grandbaby. Fernando is the king of the dad jokes.

Fernando manages his labor force and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He conducts site visits, puts together bids, and manages his jobs from start to finish.
